Papyrus Amulet necklace
Inspired by Ancient Egypt. This lapis lazuli necklace features three beautiful silver casts of an ancient Egyptian amulet in the shape of a papyrus plant. The silver papyrus casts are hanging like small pendants, distributed around the centre of the necklace. The captivating dark blue lapis lazuli stones are facet cut giving the necklace a nice sparkel. Around the centre of the necklace six small 14ct gold filled plain beads are distributed to enhance the glow of the beautiful lapis lazuli.
The original papyrus amulet, from which the carsts are made, is over 3600 years old and was cut in lapis lazuli, a gemstone much loved and used by the ancient Egyptians. A stunning necklace that really has a story to tell and connects you to history. The original papyrus amulet can be seen in one of the photographs.
The silver cast is made with recycled sterling silver.
Necklace is 43cm long.
