These amazing 2.000 year old glass and stone beads have a wonderful blue and turquoise colour. The beads are combined with smooth 14ct gold filled beads, as well as a few orange and brown garnets and two thin lapis lazuli stones. The centre piece of the necklace is a rigged orange neolithic quartz bead found in the Sahara.
The ancient beads are tactile, smooth and rugged. They have a wonderful sense of patina. Imagine wearing such old beads and connecting with history.
The necklace is 47 cm long and is closed with a 14ct gold filled clasp.
